How do I activate my Windows license?
To activate Windows:
- Open Settings → Update & Security → Activation
- Click "Change product key"
- Enter your 25-character product key (format: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX)
- Click "Next" and follow the prompts
- Your Windows will activate automatically online

How do I activate Microsoft Office?
To activate Office:
- Open any Office application (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Click "File" → "Account"
- Click "Change Product Key"
- Enter your 25-character product key
- Click "Install" and follow the activation wizard
Where can I download Windows or Office?
Download links are included in your order confirmation email. You can also download directly from Microsoft:

My product key isn't working. What should I do?
If your product key doesn't activate:
- Double-check you've entered the key correctly (no spaces, correct dashes)
- Make sure you're activating the correct product version (Home vs Pro, 2021 vs 2024, etc.)
- Ensure you have an active internet connection
- Try the phone activation method if online activation fails
- Contact our support team immediately with your order number and error message

Important: Refunds cannot be processed after the key has been successfully activated and used beyond the trial period. Please test your key immediately upon receipt.
To request a refund, contact our support team with your order number and reason for the refund.

This depends on the license type:
- Windows Retail: Can be transferred between devices but only active on one device at a time
- Office Home & Student: One device only
- Office Home & Business: One device only
- Office Professional: One device only
